Once an order is confirmed, Nature Best does not accept return or refund requests. There is no cancellation window. However, under specific situations outlined below, we are committed to working with our customers to reach a fair and satisfactory resolution.
Refunds will apply only to the product cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if applicable.
Damaged Items

Missing Items

Spoiled or Defective Items

Please note: We do not accept returns or refunds for natural variations in taste, color, texture, or scent due to the organic nature of our products.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
